Paula Nygren is an experienced tantrateacher, passionate sexsibilitycoach, couples therapist and tantric bodyworker. She is much appreciated for her joyful way to create a very loving & safe space where you can expand, heal and experience more Lust in Life. She guides you into the magic of tantra and wants to inspire you to be authentic and more of that beautiful God and Goddess that you are!

Paula gives private sessions for both singles and couples and she facilitates different workshops. She also has a longer training for Women: “Women Rising- Tantric Training for the Modern Godess”. Together with her partner Jarno she facilitates the beautiful “Sacred Union- Tantric training for Couples”

Explore the magic of tantrawith a partner (Your beloved orsomeone you just met). We will guide you into a deep meeting in presence, a melting together where you give space to your hearts and bodies to really open. Recieving each moment as it unfolds in the meeting, nothing to performe and no goal. With tantric breath, touch & movement we invite more energy, love & ecstasy to arise and magic to happen between you. Maybe you can even feel the connection to the infinite. Temple of Desire

In this temple, all your desires can come true! We create a sacred circle where you can wish to explore what you want. You can make a wish to experience any of the different tastes of relating and touch including safe holding, sensuality, etotic touch, tantra, ropes and playfulness. Maybe you want to receive a touch from someone or maybe you want to give someone the touch they ask for. Maybe you want to take a new step and challenge yourself. Maybe you want to look but not take part. Here you can do as much or as little as you want, within a sacred & safe structure, set limits, consent, and agreement. Come and let your desires come true!

Ecstatic Breathing

This transformative workshop is a breath journey in yourself, where you can create space for boundless joy and tap into the source of pleasure. We begin with liberating ourself from the constraints of the past. Making room for a life with regained and maybe newfound vitality and emotional liberation.
