Peter has facilitated tantric workshops at multiple festivals and is a breathwork facilitator since almost ten years. He works with a holistic approach to health and how it is affected by how we take care of our body.
The issue of emotional and psychological stress is a particular interest and the regulation and release of stress to avoid long term pain and illness and to be able to access more of our bodies´ natural state with more relaxation, flexibility, stability and of course, pleasure.
He is particularly good at making people feel safe and seen and can approach sensitive issues with clarity and authenticity. He works individually with clients and facilitate workshops, retreats and trainings in Tantric Pulsation breathwork, dearmouring, trauma release and inner development.
Peter is trained in trauma awareness, psychosynthesis, coaching, Tantric pulsation breathwork and and body dearmouring.

Collective healing – Power of the circle
A way to heal ourselves is to express our hidden feelings. Are you willing to be seen? Do you dare to claim your space and ask for attention? Are you open to receiving the love that is available right now? Together, we will explore what’s alive in the present moment. We will practice expressing what we can notice in our bodies. There will be an opportunity to step into the circle and experience being witnessed, felt and met in our authentic expression. If any of this feels challenging then maybe this is the workshop for you… Together, in the circle, we can heal those parts of ourselves that we have hidden and step into greater wholeness and joy.
Breath and Body dearmouring
How can we support each other and our bodies to release stress and stuck emotions? Learn how to use presence, touch, sound and pressure to guide the body to let go of tension and that way be able to feel more sensations and feelings. The aim of this workshop is to release stress and tensions, sometimes through the pain body but also through light touch, sound and energy. It will be an exploration into our inner world where anything might turn up. You can come with a partner but it is also ok to come by yourself if you are ok with working with anyone. We will be working in pairs but will switch partners also. Word of caution: If you know that you have a lot of trauma or anxiety issues, be aware that they might get triggered here, please inform the workshop leader or assistants when you join.
