She will facilitate at least three workshops at the festival.
Manora often leads workshops at Ängsbacka and has also coordinated emotional support there.

Today, Manora focuses on her work as a tantra therapist and offers trauma treatment to individuals, groups, and families. She also helps couples with communication and intimacy issues. Upcoming courses include ”Step into the Light” and the ”Step into Life” program.

Her intention is to heal people’s hearts. She uses her degree in social science and her experience as a social worker and tantra therapist to support clients in healing from old traumas and finding their path in life.

Manora has helped people for around 25 years, including (among other things):

  • dependency and codependency issues

  • suicide prevention

  • physical, emotional, and sexual abuse

  • children and youth with self-harming behavior

1. Consent in Practice

Together, we will explore the concept of consent in a practical way. This means you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your YES, your NO, and how to handle the emotions that arise from getting—or not getting—what you want.

2. Step Into Light

Part One: (Only for people who identify as women)
We will create a safe, nurturing space where women can explore and embrace their inner darkness (pain, fears, emotions, shame, trauma, etc.) with compassion — and learn how this acceptance can lead to empowerment, healing, and living more authentically in their light.
You will be able to hold yourself, forgive, feel gratitude, and be kind to your inner self.

Part Two: (Mixed gender)
You will be given the opportunity to be held by one or more people, depending on your need for healing and your willingness to release what is holding you back.

3. Trigger Care

After an intense and heart-opening weekend, it’s not uncommon for old patterns, emotions, or inner wounds to surface. This workshop offers a gentle landing space for those who wish to integrate their experiences and make space for anything that may feel overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally intense.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • what triggers are

  • how they affect the nervous system

  • how to meet yourself with compassion and presence—both now and when you return home

Through journaling, sharing, movement, and simple self-regulation tools, you’ll be supported in creating your own plan for recovery and integration.

This is an invitation to care for yourself—beyond the rhythm of the festival—with tenderness, clarity, and self-love.
