Photographer – Jenny Puronne
My name is Jenny Puronne, and I will be the photographer during the festival — but also a participant and part of the community throughout the days together with you.
In my daily life, I work as a photographer, photography teacher, and founder of the Swedish Photography School, and I have been working professionally with portrait photography for over 25 years. What has always fascinated me the most, however, is not the perfect exterior, but people’s energy, presence, and what we actually feel when we look at an image.
For me, soulful photography is about much more than simply taking a portrait.
It is about creating a meeting where people can settle into themselves, relax, and feel safe enough to be authentic in front of the camera.
Through guidance, presence, questions, and intuition, I want to help people not only be photographed — but to actually feel something in the moment.
Because when someone truly feels alive, free, soft, powerful, or present, the entire energy of the image changes.
And that is exactly what we as human beings perceive when we look at a portrait.
I strongly believe that what we feel within influences what we radiate.
Presence cannot be faked.
Energy cannot be faked.
And when someone dares to let go of performance and instead simply be, the most magical images often emerge.
Over the past year, my own journey has also taken me deeper into personal development, meditation, hypnosis, healing, and tantra.
My tantra journey began at the Malmö Tantra Festival in spring 2025, and continued on to the California Tantra Festival, the Mexico Tantra Festival, and the training Awakener’s Love Training – Stage 1: The Initiation.
I see myself as a person in constant growth and exploration.
What draws me to tantra is very much the same as what draws me to photography:
presence, authenticity, human connection, energy, and the courage to truly be seen.
During the festival, I will capture emotions, connections, expressions, and energies through my camera — but I will also participate in workshops, meetings, and be part of the presence and community that tantra represents to me.
I look forward to meeting you.
