Elda moves between worlds with her feet on mossy ground and her heart tuned to mystery.
She walks with the fae, sings with forest creatures, and listens deeply to the unseen.
For over a decade, she has explored the realms of self-inquiry and inner alchemy, weaving together threads from tantra, taoism, mindfulness, yoga, somatic practices and the wild teachings of life.
Her path is guided by embodied wisdom, lived experience, and a deep reverence for ancient truths and the divine pulse of nature that lives in us all.
She feels most alive in nature’s untamed energies, especially during long-distance hikes walking into the unknown, in ceremony and when practicing kundalini yoga.
She has a reverence for ancient wisdom, soul deities, and the luminous glow of the inner compass.
Elda currently co-leads the weekly women’s circle Feminint Ljus, together with the founder Mattias Fyrörn.
She is enrolled in the VITA Coaching program.
